All trading must be conducted within the conditions outlined below. Violating any restriction will result in profit deductions, not account termination.

News Trading Restriction
Trading is restricted around high-impact (red folder) news events.
Rule | Description |
Restricted Window | 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the event |
Applies To | Opening and closing trades, including pending orders and SL/TP |
Violation Outcome | Profit from trades during this window will be deducted |
Weekend Trading Restriction
Rule | Description |
Holding Trades Over Weekend | Not allowed |
Opening Trades Before Market Close | Must be closed before the weekend |
Violation Outcome | Any profit made from weekend trades will be deducted |
Important Clarification on Violations
Scenario | Outcome |
Profitable Trade During Violation | Profit is deducted |
Losing Trade During Violation | Loss remains and is not reinstated |
Repeated Violations | May lead to further review |
Violations do not cancel losses. Only profits are subject to deduction.
