Challenge & Funded Accounts: News trading is only permitted with the News Trading Add-on.
Without the add-on, restrictions apply to protect accounts from volatile market conditions.
Accounts Without the Add-on
If you are trading on an account without the News Trading Add-on:
You cannot place trades five minutes before or after a red folder news event.
Refer to the economic calendar for the full list of high-impact news events.
Any violations will result in profit deductions.
